Joseph Galeas, MBA, PMP, 6σ

The Founder

Joe Galeas is an operations chameleon having effectively applied operational disciplines across an array of industries. He is regarded as a data maniac and excellent at pattern recognition. He believes that no business decision can be made without the support of data. This is Joe’s philosophy as he maintains a hands-on approach to data collection, cleaning, analysis, and modeling for daily operations and all critical business decisions.

Joe's fascination with data-based operations began while working as an Operations Manager in the Wireless Telecommunications industry. He was instantly drawn by the scope variety and the frequent need to make adjustments based on numerical data. It is here where he began to envision a path to operations success.

Since starting his professional career at 22 in the IT sector, Joe has held a variety of front-line operational responsibilities before rising to managerial positions by age 29. At age 35, he obtained his PMP certification and returned to school to complete a Bachelor's degree to advance in his chosen field of project management. At the age of 39, he made a significant career shift from the field of Telecommunications to that of Parking Systems, taking on the demanding post of Vice President of Service. Through leadership effectiveness and the application of the six sigma principles, he turned around a failing organization to outstanding success. Soon after, Joe returned to school again to earn his MBA, and during the subsequent years, he progressed through the ranks of EVP of Operations and then COO.

Joe's current professional goal is to help others have an operations career that is as enjoyable and fulfilling as his own. This objectivity is in tandem with the organizational mission.
